The Faculty's organisation is founded on the following organisational units:

Departments The departments are research and teaching units that are organized according to related disciplines in the field of economics and business. The core functions of the department as research and teaching unit is the development of scientific disciplines involving members of the department led by the idea of scientific excellence, the development of study programs in which they participate, as well as participation in the development of new study programs. The Department also cares about the development of the research and teaching staff.
Nine departments are established at the Faculty:
- Department of Tourism and Economy
- Department of Quantitative Methods

- Department of Marketing
- Department of Economics
- Department of Business Informatics
- Department of Accounting and Auditing
- Department of Business Foreign Languages and Physical Education (teaching department)
Administration deals with all legal, administrative, executive, financial, material, technical and auxiliary affairs which act in a supporting role to the core activities of the Faculty.

Dean’s Office handles legal and managerial affairs, and all activities related to the day-to-day running of the Faculty’s units.

IT Support carries out work related to the maintenance and development of the Faculty’s IT infrastructure and multimedia.

Library collects, processes and ensures availability of books, journals and other sources necessary for scientific, teaching and professional activities at the Faculty, both for students and staff.

Accounting handles all activities related to recording business affairs, creating financial plans, as well as producing and monitoring execution of the Faculty’s financial plans.

Centre for Postgraduate Studies executes all administrative operations related to enrolment, studying and completion of studies at postgraduate university and specialist study programmes.

Office of Registrar carries out administrative work concerning enrolment, studying and completion of studies at the undergraduate and graduate study programmes.

Maintenance is responsible for activities including building maintenance, supervision of compliance with house rules and regulations, cleaning services and other technical work necessary for daily running of the Faculty’s activities.

Centre for Lifelong Learning and Adult Education organises professional development programmes, courses and other types of adult education programmes and runs experimental workshops for students and other interested parties.

Centre for International Relations and Research Support provides administrative support for international collaboration and to the realisation of scientific and research studies, expertise, action studies, and other types of expert work.

Centre for Quality Assurance plans, implements, measures and improves activities and processes taking place at the Faculty with the aim of ensuring compliance with legal guidelines as well as with standards and protocols in science and higher education.
The Library of the Faculty is a special organizational unit that collects, processes and uses documents, publication outlets and information of scientific-educational character from the scientific disciplines that are being studied and researched at the Faculty.
Student representatives take an active part in the Faculty’s activities through membership in the Faculty Council, both in its narrow and wider assembly. The wider assembly of the Faculty Council includes 16 student representatives, while the narrow assembly includes 5 student representatives. Representatives of the student body are also present in other organisational units without managerial function. Those include various committees which deal with issues of importance for students (e.g. Ethics Council, Committee for Students’ Complaints and Grievances, Committee for Students’ Disciplinary Responsibility, Committee for Quality Assurance). Students are also represented by students’ ombudsman while they also take an active part in Student Association, Association of Alumni, Association for Promotion of IT Management, Financial club, and the male klapa singers St. Dujam.
