The Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, Split, in cooperation with ERSA Croatia (Croatian Section of the European Association of Regional Studies), organizes a series of webinars on current economic topics.
#STAYHOME. Never before has such a simple message had such a far-reaching impact. Positive in one way and negative at the same time. Yes; to protect your loved ones, "stay home" is currently the only and best cure. The better we follow these simple instructions, the faster we will overcome this health challenge.
But in addition to the current health crisis, the economy also faces significant challenges. How to prepare for the life after quarantining? What lessons can we take so far to make us as prepared as possible? What are the options that are being explored and prepared in other regions that may give us new ideas and directions? We will talk about these and many other topics with speakers from the London School of Economics, representatives of leading organizations in the field of spatial economics and complementary scientific disciplines - The Regional Science Academy (TRSA) and NordRegio (the leading Scandinavian research institution).
